§ 3 Subject matter and conclusion of the contract
The essential characteristics of the goods we sell can be found in the product description. A separate contract is concluded for each individual item.
The ordering process is initiated by selecting the desired product and the quantity and clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button. By clicking on the "Checkout" button that is now displayed on the right in the browser window, you can then continue the order process or continue your purchase by either clicking on "Continue shopping" at the top right or in the grayed-out area of the browser and buying more goods by repeating the above Steps into the shopping cart. After clicking on “Checkout” - which you can call up again at any time by clicking on the shopping cart symbol at the top right - you will see an overview of the shopping cart. You can continue the order process by clicking on the “Checkout” or “PayPal” button. If you choose "Checkout", please enter your requested address data on the page that now opens and click on the "Proceed to shipping" button and select the shipping method in the window that opens. Then click “Proceed to payment”. Here you choose whether you want to make the purchase using PayPal, Klarna Sofortüberweisung or credit card and, if necessary, specify a billing address that differs from the delivery address. Now click on the “Check order” button. If you click directly on "PayPal", what has been said under sub-item 2 applies accordingly.
1. Conclusion of contract when paying by Klarna-Sofortüberweisung
You will be directed to a page that contains the shopping cart and all relevant shipping information. Please note our terms and conditions and take note of the cancellation policy, the cancellation form, the legal information and the data protection declaration. Check the data you have entered and the selected items and correct them if necessary using the back button of your browser in the shopping cart. In order to complete the ordering process, please click on the "Order for a fee" button. Your order represents an offer to conclude the purchase contract. The receipt of your order is confirmed together with the acceptance of the order immediately after it has been sent by automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.
2. Conclusion of a contract with the payment method "PayPal"
After selecting the payment method "PayPal" you will be redirected to a page of the payment service provider PayPal. Please enter the data requested there in accordance with the payment service provider's specifications or, if necessary, check the data you have stored with the payment service provider. Please note our terms and conditions and take note of the cancellation policy, the cancellation form, the legal information and the data protection declaration. Review the details you entered and the items you selected. In order to complete the ordering process, please click on the "Order for a fee" button. Your order represents an offer to conclude the purchase contract. The receipt of your order is confirmed together with the acceptance of the order immediately after it has been sent by automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.
3. Conclusion of contract when paying by credit card
If you are paying by credit card, please enter your credit card details on the current page and click on "Check order". Review the details you entered and the items you selected. In order to complete the ordering process, please click on the "Order for a fee" button. Your order represents an offer to conclude the purchase contract. The receipt of your order is confirmed together with the acceptance of the order immediately after it has been sent by automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.
§ 4 Correction of incorrect entries
As part of the order, the customer is provided with a summary of the data entered by him before submitting his contract declaration in order to be able to identify any incorrect entries. If there is an error, he can correct the entries by using the "Back" button in his browser on the last page of the order process.
§ 5 delivery
We hand over the goods to a shipping company that delivers the goods free to the curb in accordance with our general terms and conditions. The delivery time for the desired product results from the description of the goods in the context of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, we will dispatch the goods within two working days. A date by which the goods must be delivered is neither agreed between the parties nor required by law.
§ 6 payment; Packing and shipping costs
The costs for packaging and shipping are shown in the product description or in our shipping conditions.
§ 7 Statutory liability for defects
Reference is made to the existence of statutory warranty rights.
§ 8 Language and text of the contract
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. The text of the contract is saved by us after the contract is concluded, but is not accessible to the customer. You can of course save the text during the ordering process.
