A herd of Ouessant sheep is grazing in our vineyards. They create biodiversity and revitalize the terroirs. Microbes and insects come back as well as birds. Less heavy machines are needed. Less energy is wasted. The soils will be less compressed, more alive and can breathe.

We stop monoculture and revitalize the vineyards. We plant trees to generate shadow and safe water. Herbs and vegetables are growing in between the wines. Drones help spraying biodynamic preparats and less heavy machines are compressing the terroirs. The result is a syntropical system that can store huge amounts of CO2 in the ground and really has an impact on our future.

Wines love it wild. By nature the plants try to protect their fruits from sun-burn. They create shadow and cool down the system. If it is hot and dry in summer, we let the wines find their balance and grow like a pergola.

Golden Cut. As we love healthy grapes, we pick them just in time.
During harvest, we go week by week through our vineyards and collect only the perfect crispy fruit by hand. We crush by foot and catch as much energy as possible from the skins.
This is the basis for natural stability in the wines.

Modern Wines are the bridge between natural wines and exceptional terroirs. They combine natural processes and sensitive craftsmanship. Modern wines avoid additives and filtration. They are stabilized by nature and ready to drink. Now.

Mystic flor yeast is growing on the surface of our wines that age up to 8 years in oak barrels.

Natural stabilization needs time. Several fermentations work hand in hand. The wines age in old oak barrels until they find their balance. Freiheit first.

Cellar

You decide how we start a revolution in the vineyards. Riesling 3000 is natural, easy drinking and juicy. And it can change winemaking for ever.
