Unlike dealcoholized wines, our kombucha undergoes natural fermentation. We use a SCOBY — a living symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast — to convert the fruit sugars into vibrant acidity, complexity, and stability without alcohol. AURA is unfiltered and free of additives, preserving its character and verve.

When the two of us met in 2020, we didn’t just fall in love.
